  • Europe packages will be valid for one invoice period.
  • When the Europe package, which can be purchased only for once in every invoice period, ends, the subscribers will be charged at the Turkcell World Tariff and if they are under the IsTcell 50% off campaign, they will be charged according to the prices of the campaign.
  • You can purchase the Europe package in Turkey and abroad through the Online Services Center, from Turkish Customer Services at 444 0 532, from Turkcell Extras or by SMS.
  • The calls can be made to any operator from the European countries.

The Europe package can be purchased from the Web, Call Center, Turkcell Extras or by SMS. To buy by SMS, type in AVRUPA and send to 2141.

Can I buy more than one package at the same time?

You can buy only one package in every invoice period.

Can Hazır Kart users take advantage of the package?

Only postpaid lines can take advantage of the Europe package.

How will it be reflected on my invoice?

It will be reflected as the Europe Package in the invoice.

Which countries can I call?

All directions can be called provided that the calls are initiated in European countries.

Can it be used together with İsTcell %50 campaign?

Any customer with a Europe package must first use that package. After the package is used, IsTcell Gezgin subscribers will be charged 50% less and other subscribers will be charged according to the Turkcell World Tariff.
