For the calls made to other countries when abroad, ‘the international exit code of the country the caller is situated- the country code of the country being called- the code of network being called- the number’ must be dialed.

When the caller is calling a subscriber of the operator situated in the country he/she is in, the dialing of the GSM number only will suffice. You can send a message to a GSM number in Turkey and abroad by typing in “(+), the country code of the country the message will be sent , network code, number”.When you send an SMS from Turkey to a GSM number abroad, the charge will be 0,255YTL(including VAT, excluding ÖİV).
