The power of attorney, copy of ID, ID number, tax number, nationality, equivalents of the aforementioned information for the foreign nationals, professional title, information on the shares, instructions, information on work place, contact details shared by the Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. General Assembly Meeting attendees (belong to the attendees of the General Assembly and/or their proxies) shall be collected by fully or partially automatic means or nonautomatic ways and shall be processed in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law (“The Law”) numbered 6698 for the sole purpose of conducting the company’s activities in compliance with the relevant legislation and Company procedures including the verification of the identification, assurance of the legal, technical and commercial labor safety of the relevant people having business affairs with the company, holding the ordinary and extraordinary general assembly meetings duly, in accordance with the provisions of Article 5/2-c of the Law: “Processing of personal data of the parties of a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract. ” and article 5/2-e “Data processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of any right.”, the data shall be shared with the representative of T.R. Ministry of Commerce, Central Registry Agency, relevant Trade Registry Offices and, when necessary, other private and/or public institutions and/or agencies and/or their representatives in order to fulfill the requirements of the legislation, and the data shall be kept by taking administrative and technical measures to ensure the privacy and security. Besides, in accordance with the relevant article of Turkish Commercial Code and within the scope of the conditions “foreseen by the laws” pursuant to article 5/2-a of the Law; “being obligatory to process the data for the legitimate benefits of the data controller provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person do not get harm” pursuant to article 5/2-f of the Law in order to stipulate the disputes over the approval of the agenda items, your audio and video data recorded during the meetings in electronic environment shall be processed by automatic means and can be shared with all shareholders attending live broadcast through E-GKS (Electronic General Assembly System) during the meeting, with our business partner that we get technical service and with the relevant state institutions and organizations and judicial authorities, in case any dispute arises over the approval of the agenda items.
