What information can I get from KontörEkstre?

- End date for loading units and still make calls.
KontörEkstre makes it easy to get information. Just write EKSTRE, leave a space and add the month for which you want the information and send an SMS to 2222.

To obtain specific information such as details of calls made, messages, internet use, and use of other services, write EKSTREDETAY, leave a space, add the month for which you want the information and send an SMS message to 2222.

If you wish, you may also use this service from the Online Services Center at our website www.turkcell.com.tr or after accessing wap.turkcell.com.tr from your telephone and using the WAP Services Center link, you can obtain a KontörEkstre statement for the last two months of use.
The KontörEkstre statement covers a 2 month period so you only need to enquire every two months. Example: In the month of May, the statement contains information for March and April.

What if it appears that I used more units than I loaded?
The use of units received from internet package promotions, like Internet Packages themselves, show up on the statement as used units.
How long is the period of inquiry?
There is no limit on inquiries to KontörEkstre. You may request information as many times as you want.
Can I see unit activity that occurs when I am abroad with KontörEkstre?
Units loaded, spent and earned while you are abroad are included on the statement from KontörEkstre.
Where can I find units earned from promotions?
Information about units earned from various promotions is included in the “units loaded” section of your KontörEkstre statement. Information about free SMS or free minutes is not included on the statement. (Example: 1000 units earned from the Gecekuşu promotion does not appear.)
What detailed information about unit use can I get from KontörEkstre?
Details of calls made, SMS, MMS, GPRS and other use of units can be accessed.

How can I get my KontörEkstre?
To get a statement of unit activity covering the either of the previous 2 months, write EKSTRE, leave a space and add the month for which you want the information and send an SMS to 2222. Example : EKSTRE JULY
If a request for a month earlier than the last 2 months is sent, will the units deducted be refunded?
No. If you request a statement for any month other than the previous two months, the charge will not be refunded.
Do I need to subscribe to or apply for this service?
No. You do not need to subscribe to or apply for KontörEkstre service.
What information about unit activity can I get from KontörEkstre?
With KontörEkstre you can get information about units used, units loaded, gift units and the last date that you must load units to be able to make calls. If you wish, you may also learn details about your calls, messaging, internet access and other use of units by requesting a detailed statement from KontörEkstreDetay.
Where can I see information about International Roaming unit use on my KontörEkstre?
Units used while out of the country show up in the “units used” section.
Where can I see information about units used with my package subscription on my KontörEkstre?
Units deducted for specific packages (e.g., 1000 SMS promotion) show up in the “other use” section of your statement.
Where can I find information about units sent/received using KontörTransfer?
KontörTransfer activity shows up in the “other unit activity” section of your statement.
Can I request a KontörEkstre if I have no remaining units?
Since the service costs 4 units, you must have at least 4 remaining units to be able to use this service. You may take advantage of AvansKontör services to make your request.
Where can I see the units I loaded from my Konbara gift units?
Transfer of units from your Konbara show up with other gift units under the “other activity” section of your statement.
What is KontörEkstre?
KontörEkstre is a service available to Turkcell, Hazır Kart and Muhabbet Hat personal and corporate users that enables them to request statements showing unit actiıviıty for a previous two-month period.
Can I request information from the current month? For which months can I request information?
No, you cannot request a statement for the current month. You may only request statements for either of the two previous months.
Can I use this service while abroad?
KontörEkstre requests cannot be made from abroad.
Which subscribers can use KontörEkstre service?
KontörEkstre is a service available to Turkcell, Hazır Kart and Muhabbet Hat personal and corporate users.
What days of the month does the statement cover?
Statement information covers 1 - 31 of the month.
What information can I learn from KontörEkstre service?
For 1-31 of the month for which the statement is requested you can learn information about units used, units loaded, units transferred using KontörTransfer, gift units and the last date that you must load units to be able to make calls (90 days after last units loaded).
Will I be charged for this service?
Each request sent to KontörEkstre service costs 4 units. Requests that are returned because of errors or due to a system error will not be charged for.
