The easiest way to let your friends or loved ones know your units are finished is KontörTransfer!

Both Hazır Kart and postpaid line subscribers can use this service to transfer units.

Postpaid lines:

Gönderilen her kontör başına KDV ve ÖİV dahil 100 kontörlük kontör kartlarının fiyatının 1/100'ü ve işlemin ücreti olan bir kısa mesaj ücreti faturaya "KontörTransferCell" açıklaması ile yansıtılır.

Hazır Kart and Muhabbet Card Subscribers:

Units transferred by sending a message to 2277 are charged for 2 SMS/4 units. The approval and confirmation messages arrive that afterwards are free.
If this service is utilized using our Online Services Center, Voice Response system and WAP functions, each use will be charged 2 units. Units transferred are automatically deducted from the units on your telephone during the transfer.

With KontörTransfer service, Turkcell, Hazır Kart and Muhabbet Hat personal subscribers can transfer a limited number of units.

Postpaid lines:

To send units, write the number of the telephone you wish to transfer the units to, then the number of units you wish to transfer, and send the message to 2277. When a message from 2064 asks you to approve the transfer, simply write EVET and send it back to 2064.

What is KontörTransfer Service?

KontörTransfer is a service that enables Turkcell, Hazır Kart and Muhabbet Hat personal subscribers to transfer a limited number of units.


How can I use this service?

By SMS: Write the number of the telephone you wish to transfer the units to and the number of units you wish to transfer as in the example below, then send the message to 2277. When a message from 2064 asks you to approve the transfer, simply write EVET and send it back to 2064. This will complete the transfer.

Example: 535XXXXXXX 30 >> 2277

After the transfer has been checked and completed, both the sender and the receiver will receive confirmation of the transfer.

Transferring units from Hazır Kart to Hazır Kart can be done these option :

Internet Online Services Center: From www.turkcell.com.tr use your SüperŞifre password to access the Online Services Center where you can transfer units.

Through the Voice Response System::

: Turkcell postpaid line and Hazır Kart users may call 8075 and use their SüperŞifre password to transfer units to another Hazır Kart or Muhabbet Kart subscriber.

The Voice Response System is not accessible from land lines.

4440532 and 4440535: Turkcell postpaid line and Hazır Kart users may call Turkcell Customer Services Voice Response System and use their SüperŞifre password to transfer units to another Hazır Kart or Muhabbet Kart subscriber.

Is there a limit on the number of units I can transfer?

For new Turkcell postpaid line subscribers, the KontörTransfer can be used after the first day that the line is activated.

For postpaid line subscribers to be eligible to use this service, their line must have been in continuous use for at least 2 months (60 days).


Can I transfer units from my company’s line?

No. Corporate lines cannot use KontörTransfer to send units but units may be sent to corporate lines.


What is the cost of this service?

Hazır Kart and Muhabbet Hat subscribers;
By SMS: You are charged only for the initial request message sent to 2277 (2 units). No extra charges are made. Messages requesting approval are free as are messages confirming the transfer. (Messages sent to KontörTransfer with a format error are charged 2 units).

Transfers of units using Web and WAP Online Services Center and 8075 are charged 2 units.

No subscription to this service is necessary.

During the transfer of units, the number of transferred units is deducted from the units available on the sender’s telephone.


For Turkcell Postpaid line Subscribers:
The charge for requesting each transfer by message is 1 SMS. (Messages sent to KontörTransfer with a format error are charged 2 units).

No subscription to this service is necessary.

Each unit transferred will be charged 1/100 of the price of a 100 unit card, which includes KDV and ÖİV and will appear on your statement as "KontörTransferCell".


Can I transfer to anyone?

Hazır Kart or Muhabbet Hat subscribers’ lines must be active for you to transfer units to their lines.

If no units have been loaded in the last 180 days and if the line is closed to calls, transfer of units cannot be received. It is possible to transfer to a corporate subscriber. However, a corporate line cannot be used to transfer units to another telephone.
Units exceeding the RECEIVED limit for the calendar month (250 units) may not be transferred to another subscriber; however, any units remaining within the permissible limit may be transferred.

Can I bar KontörTransfer service on my line?

Yes. Both Turkcell postpaid line and Hazır Kart subscribers’ can close KontörTransfer service and prevent units from being transferred.


How can I learn how many units have been transferred to or from my line this month?

By writing KONTOR and sending a short message to 2277 you can learn how many units have been transferred to your line and the amount you are still entitled to receive in the current month plus, how many units you have transferred from your line and the amount you are still entitled to send in the current month. This information will be sent to you by SMS.

Pricing:

  • Hazır Kart and Muhabbet Hat subscribers are charged 2 units for each KontörTransfer message sent to 2277.
  • Turkcell postpaid line subscribers are charged 2 units for each information message received from 2106, in reply to any KontörTransfer request sent to 2277.

The Online Services Center’s Unit Services Menu contains information regarding dates, numbers to which transfers were made, amounts of units transferred and methods of transfer under the heading "Past KontörTransfer Services ".


What if the telephone line I am transferring units to is switched off?

The transferred units are loaded and an information message is sent. Like other information messages, it is stored and will remain valid for delivery to the subscriber for 48 hours.


Can I use transferred units for any purpose?

Yes. You can use transferred units for calls, messages, information and entertainment.


Do I need to subscribe to this service to use it?

No. There is no need to subscribe to KontörTransfer.


Can I transfer units or have units transferred to me whiıle I am out of the country?

Turkcell postpaid line or Hazır Kart subscribers may not transfer units while outside of Turkey (while on international roaming) or to any subscriber who are either abroad or in Turkey. Subscribers abroad may receive and use units transferred from Turkey.


Can transferred units be used to re-activate my semi-active line?

No. KontörTransfer services cannot change the 210 day deadline for loading units.

Transfer of units to subscribers who have not loaded units for 90-180 days: To be able to use units transferred, the subscriber must load units. The confirmation messagesent to these subscribers is different.

Transfer of units to subscribers who have not loaded units for 180-210 days: The lines are closed to calls and messages and KontörTransfer cannot be used to send units.

KontörTransfer cannot be used to re-activate lines; to re-activate the Hazır Kart line, units must be loaded.


Is there a limit to the number of units I can transfer?

The limits and conditions for transferring units by using SMS or Online Services Center services are as follows:

  • A subscriber may transfer a maximum of 250 units in a calendar month. (Total transfers made from SMS, WAP, Voice Response System and Online Services Center). Subscribers with new lines may transfer a maximum of 100 units per calendar month for the first 4 months of their subscription.
  • A subscriber may only transfer 70 units each time
  • A subscriber must transfer at least 5 units each time

To transfer units using KontörTransfer, Hazır Kart and Muhabbet Hat subscribers must have at least the amount of units they wish to transfer, plus 2 units. (SMS cost is 2 units).


Is there a limit to the number of units I can have transferred to my line?

A subscribers can receive no more than 250 units, from all persons and loaded by any means, per calendar month.

To find out how many units have been transferred to your line in the current month, write KONTOR and send a short message to 2277. You will receive a message telling you how many units have been transferred to your line and the amount you are still entitled to receive in the current month plus, how many units you have transferred from your line and the amount you are still entitled to send in the current month.


If a transfer is made to an out-of-service line, does it make a difference?

No. KontörTransfer services cannot change the 210 day deadline for loading units.

You may transfer units to subscribers who have not loaded units for 90-180 days but they will only be able to use them if they load units. The confirmation message sent to these subscribers is different.

You may not transfer units to subscribers who have not loaded units for 180-210 days because these lines are unable to receive calls and messages.

KontörTransfer cannot be used to re-activate lines; to re-activate the Hazır Kart line, units must be loaded.


If I don’t want to transfer units to another line, what shall I do?

Postpaid and Prepaid line subscribers can close the service and prevent the transfer of units. To cancel KontörTransfer services, call 4440532/4440535 Turkcell Customer Services or visit the nearest TurkcellExtra.


How can I activate KontörTransfer service?

KontörTransfer is available to all postpaid and prepaid subscribers. However, if you have previously cancelled the service, you can re-activate it by calling 4440532/4440535 Turkcell Customer Services or visiting the nearest TurkcellExtra.


Can Hazır Kart and Muhabbet Hat subscribers transfer more units than they have?

A subscriber cannot transfer more units than he owns. If a request is sent to transfer more than the amount of units have left the 2 units charged for the message are not refundable.


Can units be transferred from a postpaid line?

Yes. Postpaid line subscribers can transfer units by sending a short message to 2277. (Telephone number to which the units are to be transferred plus the number of units)

New Turkcell postpaid line subscribers may transfer units the first day after their line becomes active. Existing subscribers who wish to transfer units must have had a continuously active line for at least 2 months (60 days).


Which subscribers can use this service?

Hazır Kart and postpaid line subscribers with personal lines can use this service to transfer units. However, corporate subscribers cannot transfer units.
