You may cancel or renew the service by using your SüperŞifre password to access the Online Services Center and going to “Subscription Services” where you can also learn how many advance units you have left from the Information Request menu.
What is AvansKontör?
AvansKontör entitles Hazır Kart users to use 20 extra units after they run out of units, in other words, it enables them to borrow units when they don’t have any.
Who are eligible and what are terms and conditions for using AvansKontör?
To be able to use AvansKontör, you have to load units. Our subscribers who loaded units, can use 20 AvansKontör when they run out of their units, which means they can use 20 units as a loan. These 20 units will be deducted from the next batch of units loaded. You can take advantage of AvansKontör even if you are corporate subscriber. Simply load some units and that’s all. The 20 units used as loan will be deducted from the next batch of units loaded by our corporate subscribers.
What do you mean with the next batch of unit, when will the extra units used be deducted?
The units used in advance will be deducted when you next load units on your line, which can be when you load units by making a payment, gift units you transfer from your Konbara, gift units loaded to your HazırKart, units loaded to your HazırKart through Worldkontör, and units that others send you through KontörTransfer.
Can I start using AvansKontör on the day I load units?
No,you can use AvansKontör only on the day following the day when you load the units.
After I load units, will I be entitled to use AvansKontör only for once?
No, you can use AvansKontör many times. For example let’s say you are entitled to use AvansKontör. First you used up your units (your balance is 0 units), and then used 5 units as AvansKontör (your balance is -5), and then you received 15 Konbara gift units (your balance is -5 +5= +10), and then you used them up again (your balance is 0), you used 3 AvansKontör (your balance is -3)…
Can I use AvansKontör only once in a month?
No, as long as you pay back the units you used in advance through loading new units, you can use advance units up to -20 units as much as you want.
When I get units by methods other than paying for it (for example gift units or KontörtTransfer) will I be entitled to use AvansKontör?
No, you can use AvansKontör only when you pay for units.
I used some units through AvansKontör service and then I loaded units. I see that 1 unit was deducted from my new units? Is there a charge for this service?
AvansKontör is not fee based or doesn’t cause extra deduction. However, you may think that units have been deducted because of the way your unit balance is shown. In other words: Due to some HazırKart services of which charges are shown as fractions, the balance of a line can be shown as a fraction on HazırKart systems.
However, when we show the balances to our subscribers, we don’t show these fractions, but just the integer numbers. For example let’s say you have a Hazır Kart line with a balance of 15,75 units. The balance of this line will be shown as 15. Let’s say the user of this line has used his/her 20 AvansKontör. The new balance of the line will be 15,75-20=-4,25 but the balance will be read as -4. In other words, the subscriber will have used 20 units but will look like he/she used only 19 units and this 1 unit can be mistaken as a charge for the service.
Let’s say the user has loaded units with a 100-unit Kazı Konuş card. The new balance will be "4,25+100=95,75 but the balance will be read as "95". In other words, the subscriber will have loaded 100 units but will look like as if he has loaded 99 units. This can look like he has been charged with 1 unit or 1 extra unit has been deducted. However this is not true. The rule is this: is the balance is positive, the balance will the smallest closest integer number and if the balance is negative, the actual balance will the biggest closes integer number. Turkcell is working on a system that will follow the same mathematical expression method in the positive and negative balances.
Will my tariff change if I use AvansKontör?
No, you will be continue to be charged over your current tariff.
Is there a Turkcell service where I won’t be able to use AvansKontör?
No, you can use Avanskontör rights for any Turkcell services like SMS, GPRS, kontör transfer and international roaming.
Will the units I use under AvansKontör, be affected by the promotions or discounted hours?
No. For example under the fixed line promotion, the units you use during discounted hours will be used the same way your actual units are used.
