KonuşanMesaj Servisi is a service designed for our subscribers using DestekCell tariff to help them with their hearing problems. This service converts the text messages typed by the subscriber and directed to other Turkcell numbers or landlines, into an audio message using a special platform
Only our subscribers under DestekCell tariff can use this service.*
Using KonuşanMesaj, you can send messages to Turkcell numbers and landlines. To use this service, type in the recipient number without leaving any spaces between the figures and then leave one space and type in your message and send to 5588.
The first 11 characters of the message will be sorted out for the number and the space to be sent; therefore the short message to be converted into the audio message will be limited to 149 characters.

0532XXXXXXX Hello, how are you; can you pick me up from the office in the evening?

0212XXXXXXX Hello, how are you; can you pick me up from the office in the evening?
For erroneous messages, the subscriber will be returned a message saying: ‘Please enter the recipient number in 10 digits like 212xxxxxxx. The message can only be sent to a Turkcell subscriber or a landline.’
The messages to be sent to KonuşanMesaj Servisi will be the equivalent of 2 SMS. The SMS price for our subscribers under DestekCell tariff is 0,085 YTL.
Error messages are free of charge.
