BasKonuş is a service that provides Turkcell users with the ability to exchange voice messages among them. With this service, you may transmit your voice to another party by holding a button as you talk, or may have such message instantly sent to one, or if you desire so, 20 others.
BasKonuş service shall be ideal for everyone that needs instantaneous, fast voice communication.

Required equipment
BasKonuş service shall be compatible with devices that support BasKonuş technology, and with devices that use Symbian operating system. As of now, you can use this service readily with Motorola V400p, Nokia 5140 and 6260 models, and also with Nokia 6600, 7610 and 6670 models by installing additional software. You will be able to use this service with new mobile phone models that shall enter the market in the coming days.

onthly subscription fee for Turkcell postpaid line users is 12 YTL.
Rates are inclusive of 18% VAT, but exclude 25% Special Communication Tax.
Weekly subscription fee for Hazır Kart subscribers is 30 units.
These fees are applicable until December 31, 2007.
International usage is rated over GPRS International Roaming rates.
