Turkcell Tax Inquiry and Collection Service
You don’t need to go to the Tax Administration for tax transactions anymore!
If you have plenty of time, you can go to the tax administration to learn and pay your tax debts if you have some. Or you can learn and pay your tax debts with the Turkcell Tax Inquiry and Collection Service. You can do something for yourself with the extra time left.
The application, which Turkcell Corporate Services has created with İstanbul Şişli Municipality in the first place, enables tax payers to learn and pay their tax debts easily via cell phone.
With the new application launched by Turkcell in cooperation with MNG Computer and Şişli Municipality, real estate tax payers and environment tax payers who live within the limits of Şişli district can learn their tax payer registration numbers and pay their tax debts easily via cell phone.
Tax Inquiry and Collection Service via cell phone eases the citizens' life as the new ring attached to the e-government project chain with the help of Turkcell’s technical infrastructure.
Debt Info
You can get your debt info after you enter the city code and district code of the tax administration you’re subjected to, and then enter BORC, add your tax payer registration number and send it to 3060 as shown in the example below:
Example: 3401 BORC 1234567
Şişli’s district code is 01.
Payment Operation
Enter the city code and district code of the tax administration you’re subjected to, enter your tax payer registration number, credit card number, credit card validity date and CVV number as shown in the example below and send it to 3061.
Example: 3401 ODE 1234567 1234567812345678 0505 123
The CVV number is the number that takes place on the back cover of your credit card (some credit cards have a longer number. In this case use the last three numbers).
After the payment info is sent, an information SMS including operation code (receipt code) is sent to the customer by the 3061 service number.
How can I learn my receipt number?
Enter the city code and district code of the tax administration you’re subjected to, enter MAKBUZ and your tax payer registration number as shown in the example below and send it to 3060.
Example: 3401 MAKBUZ 1234567
After the receipt number is inquired, the receipt code is sent to the customer by the 3060 service number.
Pricing
For Turkcell postpaid line subscribers; the messages sent to and received from 3060 are 1 SMS; the messages sent by 3061 are 8 SMS. Error messages coming from 3059 are free.
For Hazır Kart subscribers; the messages sent to and received from 3060 are 2 units; the messages sent by 3061 are 16 units. Error messages coming from 3059 are free.
