Turkcell Assistant Service offers:
- Personal Assistant will help you with your cinema, theatre or restaurant bookings, when you need to send flowers or presents, or when you just simply need information on a subject,
- Travel Assistant will help you with your reservation and ticket procedures for your domestic and international trips,
- Residence Assistant will be there to help you with plumbing repairs, locksmith services, glazier and carpentry needs as well as insecticide applications and legal consultancy
- Technical Assistant will provide car towing services, help you find accommodation in unexpected situations, car rentals, safe keeping or organizing your trip.
- Medical Assistance will provide medical consulting, medicine, unlimited and free land and air ambulance services and house-call doctors.

Our Turkcell Gold and Platinum subscribers can start taking advantage of these services as soon as they start their Gold or Platinum subscription.
All the calls you make to 0532 757 1 532 will be free of charge. When you call 0532 757 70 70 for the Turkcell Assistance Call Center, you will be charged at your current tariff.
The service will also be available to non-Platinum or Gold Turkcell subscribers for 10 YTL/month in the case of postpaid customers and 70 units/month for prepaid customers.
Turkcell Platinum and Turkcell Gold customers can start taking advantage of this service as soon as they start their Platinum or Gold subscription.
For our subscribers that are not Platinum or Gold subscribers, they can start using the service after receiving the notification SMS following the completion of their Turkcell Assistance subscription procedures.
In case of postpaid subscribers, the subscription will start as soon as the subscription procedure is completed. In the case of prepaid subscribers, the subscription will start as soon as the line is charged for units corresponding to the price.
- Turkcell Assistance service will be available only to the owner or the user of the line who is a member of the service.
- You may not transfer your rights to another person. Depending on the service type, you may, however, make some of the services available to your close relatives on a fee based way or for discounted prices.
- Turkcell Assistance Service is available within the borders of the Republic of Turkey.
- All the requests resulting from third parties, regardless of their origin, will not be within the responsibility of Turkcell Assistance. The Turkcell Assistant is not obliged to remind this matter during communication with the owner of the right. The owner of the right must have read and accepted all of the terms and conditions of the service.

What do I need to do to take advantage of the service?
You can subscribe to this service by calling the Turkcell Customer Service or 0532 757 70 70.
Turkcell Gold and Turkcell Platinum subscribers can take advantage of Turkcell Assistance for free, without having to start any additional subscription.
What will happen if my line is deactivated or transferred?
Your Turkcell Assistance subscription will end.
When can I start using the service after I get my subscription?

Can I make my Assistant rights available for use by others?
Only the owner or the user of the relevant line can take advantage of Turkcell Assistance service.
Will the person I will enable to use my rights, have the same rights as me, or will it be a discounted service for him??
You may not make your rights available for use by others. However, you can allow your close relatives to use the service on a fee basis or in a discounted manner.
Who will approve the doctor for the air ambulance?
The transfer decision will be made by Turkcell Assistance doctors. They will evaluate the situation and make a decision accordingly.
How much will I be charged when I call 0532 532 70 70?
You will be charged at your current tariff when you call 0532 532 757 70 70
Do I need to inform anyone when I change my car?
You are expected to call Turkcell Assistance Call Center and inform them of this change.
Do I need to inform anyone when I move to a different address?
You are expected to call Turkcell Assistance Call Center and inform them of this change.
Can I make more payments to expand the coverage?
We don’t have such a service at the moment.
Who will cover the damages if my car is damaged during towing?
If any damage is inflicted on your car during this process, the damage will be covered by Turkcell Assistance.
What are the geographical borders for the provision of Turkcell Assistance service?
This service is provided within the borders of the Republic of Turkey.
What do I need to do to cancel my subscription?
You may call Turkcell Customer Services and/or 0532 757 70 70.
If I cancel my Turkcell Platinum membership, will my Turkcell Assistance membership continue?
Your free membership of the Turkcell Assistance will be automatically ended when your Turkcell Platinum membership is cancelled.
