How do I Change my Price Plan?
At the Online Services Center
After logging on to Online Services Center with your SuperPassword, you can select your rate plan at the Rate Plan Change field under the Rate Plan Transactions menu.
- Dial *177*1# to inquire the active rate plan for your post-paid line.
- Dial *166*1# to inquire the active rate plan for your Hazır Kart line.
(After you have dialed the aforementioned number, your rate plan information shall be sent to your mobile phone via SMS. All such calls and short messages are free of charge)
Via SMS
send it to 2222 wvia SMS to switch to the rate plan of your choosing free of charge*.
Example: TARIFE BIZBIZE
After 24 hours, you shall receive a short message notifying you that your request for rate plan has been received, and that you are required to type TARIFE EVET and send it to 2222 via SMS to complete your transaction. When you receive said short message, type TARIFE, leave a space, then type EVET and send it to 2222 to confirm your rate plan change request. The rate plan change shall become effective within 24 hours, followed by a short message notifying you that your rate plan has changed.

You may change your rate plan by calling Turkcell Customer Services 444 0 532.
At TurkcellExtras, Turkcell Subscriber Centers
You may change your rate plan at TurkcellExtras or Turkcell Subscriber Centers.
* Individual subscribers may benefit form this service. Our corporate subscribers may not change their rate plans via SMS.

For all transactions carried out through Turkcell Subscription Centers and Turkcell Extra's, a service charge ,that is recommended by Mobile Communication Systems and Equipment Businessmen's Association may be applicable. However, transactions that do not require submission of any "documents", may also be completed via our internet web site free of charge or may also be carried out through our call centre 444 0 532 in return for a charge of 1 SMS
