What is a Rate Plan?
- The postpaid line prices include 18% VAT but not 25% OIV. Hazır Kart and Muhabbet Kart unit prices include both the 18% VAT and 25% OIV.
- Turkcell lines start with the prefix 53x. The number starting with 533 – 8 are used by KKTCELL operator and does not belong to Turkcell.
- Prepaid lines are offered with the names Hazır Kart and Muhabbet Kart.
- Only one tariff can be used per each line.
- Domestic calls are the ones that are made from Turkcell numbers starting with 0532 and 0533 to landlines (Turk Telekom lines) and other GSM operators.
- Intra-network calls are the ones made from Turkcell numbers to other Turkcell numbers. Calls made to KKTCELL numbers starting with 533 – 8, cannot be considered as intra-network calls (in-Turkcell).
- All your tariff applications will be valid on the day your tariff change takes place.
- In all post-paid tariffs, unless otherwise is specified, your calls are charged in every 6 seconds. In PaketCell tariff and Economical tariff, your calls will be charged in every 60 seconds. In prepaid BizBize Cell tariff, your calls to Turkcell lines or landlines will be charged in every 15 seconds and in every 6 seconds for your calls to other operator numbers. In other prepaid tariffs, the charging principles vary according to the direction of the call.
- Free minutes with a certain person or restricted with a certain period of time, will be used first. If you have minutes carried over from the previous month, they will be used first.
The overall usage order is as follows:
- Daily services (ie, uses special to birthdays)
- Uses for a specific number or available at certain times (ie, Birebir 300)
- Intra-group services (ie, Kamucell tariff)
- Gift minutes carried over from the previous month and which can be used within Turkcell
- Fixed-price packages that can be used generally (ie: Economical packages, Dakika Bizden)
- Campaigns based on other cooperations (ie, gas station campaigns. If the minutes won through these campaigns are not used, they will be transferred to the next month (an invoice period)).
For example:
Let’s say a subscriber is in the KamuCell tariff and is using the DakikaBizden program. And he also has won free minutes from a gas station campaign. He will use his free minutes from his tariff, DakikaBizden program and gas station campaign as follows:
A subscriber using a postpaid line;
- Will be using the free minutes from KamuCell tariff, when he/she talks to other KamuCell users
- Will be using the free minutes from DakikaBizden program, when he/she talks to other Turkcell subscribers that are not using KamuCell tariff. When DakikaBizden minutes are over, he/she will be using the free minutes from the gas station campaign.
- If the minutes from the gas station campaign are not finished in one invoicing period and transferred to the next invoicing period, he/she will be using the transferred minutes before DakikaBizden minutes. KamuCell minutes have priority too.
- When KamuCell minutes are over, other free minutes will be used in calls made to other KamuCell users.
- The priority of the KamuCell and Birebir300 package is the same.
A subscriber using a prepaid line;
- Can use the units won in anyway he/she wishes, so there is no priority system.
- In all tariffs, international calls are charged according to the existing Turkcell international call tariffs.
- Turkcell reserves its right to change the rates.
