Over www.turkcell.com.tr by using your 3D Secure password


Usage terms

In order to be able to load units through Load Unit Service by using your credit card, you need to get your 3D secure password from your bank which issued your credit card.

How to load units
  • Using your superpassword, go to Buy Units screen
  • Choose the amount of units you wish to load.
  • Enter your credit card details.
  • After the approval screen, get your 3D secure password and complete the transaction. (If you are loading units with the credit cards of Akbank, İş Bankası or Garanti Bank, you can directly get a 3D secure password from the screen).
After your payment is approved by the bank, the units will be loaded onto the specified phone number and a notification message will be sent to the mobile phone on which the units are loaded

How to load units using Unitsnet

  • Using the Hazır Kart number on your instruction and your superpassword, log in to the Online Services Center
  • Choose UnitsNet (unit loading with instruction) option
  • Choose the unit amount.
  • Enter the credit card data on your instruction and complete the procedure

After your payment is approved by the bank, the units will be loaded on to the phone number with which you carried out the operations, and a notification message will be sent to the relevant number when the procedure is completed.

How to load units using MobilÖdeme

  • Using the Hazır Kart number on your instruction and your superpassword, log in to the Online Services Center.
  • Choose "Loading units with MobilÖdeme" option.
  • Choose the amount of units.
  • Reply to the approval message you receive to your phone, by typing in your MobilÖdeme password


After your payment is approved by your bank, the units will be loaded on to the relevant phone number and a notification message will be sent.

Through Internet branches

How to load units with UnitsSMS

Type in the amount of units you wish to load, the expiry date of your credit card and CVV number by leaving one space in between and send it to 2222 from the Hazır Kart number specified in your instruction (for example to load 250 units with a credit card which expires on 1204 and CVV code is 782, you need to type in KON 250 1204 782).

After your payment is approved by the bank, the units will be loaded on to the specified number and a notification message will be sent.

Note: The CVV code is the 3-digit number on the back of your credit card.

How to load units with Turkcell MobilÖdeme

Type in YUKLE, leave one space, type in the amount of units you wish to load and send to 2222 from the Hazır Kart number and reply to the approval message you will get by typing in your MobilÖdeme password (For example to load 250 units, type in YUKLE 250. Click here to watch.)

After your payment is approved by the bank, the units will be loaded on to the phone number you specified and a notification message will be sent.

How to load units with FastUnits

Type in the amount of units you wish to load, from the Hazır Kart number on your instruction, and send to 4422 as SMS (for example, to load 500 units, type in 500). After your payment is approved by the bank, the units will be loaded on to the phone number you specified and a notification message will be specified.

By calling the Call Center

To be able to load units through Turkcell Customer Services by using Units8035 service, you need to give Hazır Kart Unit Instruction. You can call 8035 free of charge from the Hazır Kart number you specified on your instruction and load units.

You need to register with your phone, to be able to load units through the call center of our solution partner with the Units HotLine Service.

After calling 8035 for free from your Turkcell / Hazır Kart phone, please tell the 3-digit CVV code on the back of your credit card, the expiry date of your credit card and the amount of units you wish to load, to the Turkcell Customer Services Agent.

How to load units through telephone banking

Please specify the Hazır Kart number you wish to load units to, the amount of units and the payment option you choose, to the call center agent of the bank.

After your payment is approved by your bank, the units will be loaded on to the phone number you specified and you will receive a notification message.

How to load units

When you type in *121# and press the Call button, the loading procedure will start and you will receive a message asking how many units you wish to load:

Incoming message:
Please enter the amount of units you wish to load.

Type in the amount of units and press the call button.

Example:
500 call

Then you will receive another SMS asking for your credit card details. Type in this information without leaving any spaces in between and then call the press button again.

Incoming message:
Enter the expiry date of your credit card as month and year.

Example:
0904 call

After entering this information, you will receive another SMS.

Incoming message:
Please enter your CVV code*

For example:
232 call

Type in this information and press the Call button.

Instead of doing all these one by one, you can do all of them at once:

Type in 121* unit amount, the expiry date of your credit card as month and year without leaving any spaces in between, and first press # and then press the call button.

Example:
*121*5000904232# call

In both methods, the units will be loaded on to the specified phone number after the payment is approved by the bank and you will receive a notification message.

Note: The security code is the 3-digit CVV code on the back of your credit card.

By connecting to WAP

Usage Terms

To be able to load units from wap.turkcell-im.com.tr address using the UnitsWAP Service, you first need to give a Hazır Kart Unit instruction. You can start using the system one day after you give the instruction.

You have to be a client of the bank to load units from the WAP branches of a bank that has contract with Turkcell.

Yapı Kredi Bank (Fast Units)

  • This is a service which allows you to buy Turkcell Hazır Kart units anywhere, anytime, with a SMS, upon giving instruction using your Worldcard.
  • To give a Fast Units Instruction, you can call 444 0 444 or visit a Yapı Kredi branch.
  • In your application, you must specify the Hazır Kart number and your Worldcard details.

Garanti Bank (Cep Bank)

  • It allows you to load units to your or another person’s Turkcell Hazır Kart with a simple SMS, using your Garanti Bankası demand deposit, anytime and anywhere you want.
  • To load units with CepBank, you have to define CepBank only for once through a www.garanti.com.tr or Garanti Paramatik.

How to load units

You can call 8090, or go to Online Services Center, or by sending a password, you can easily load units with your unit card.

By calling 8090

  • Scratch the unit card.
  • Call 8090 Unit Loading and Information Service.
  • After typing in your password, your password will be read back to you. If it is correct press 2, and if it is wrong, press 1 and enter the right password and your units will be loaded right away


Through Online Services Center

  • Scratch the unit card.
  • Go to Online Services Center, log in with your super password and go to unit services menu (if you don’t have a super password, type in SIFRE, send to 2222 and get yours for free.)
  • Click on Load units with unit card option.
  • Enter the serial number of the card, amount of units and the password and your units will be loaded right away (minimum 6 figures will be sufficient).

By sending password
Scratch the unit card.

Type in *122* and then your 14-digit password and # (like: *122*xxxxxxxxxxxxxx#), and press the call button and your units will be loaded right away.

By calling Hazır Kart Customer Services
You can load units by calling Customer Services at 444 0 535.
