When can I start using my package?

After you submit your application, you will receive a message asking you to confirm your request. You must send EVET reply to this message after which you will get a notification message that the package will be usable starting from next invoice period. After the package becomes usable, you will receive a second notification message which means you can start using your messages in the package.

What is the validity period of the Economical SMS Packages that I subscribed to?

It is valid throughout the invoice period.

Can I buy more than one SMS packages?

No. You cannot buy more than one packages. Even if you run of your messages, you cannot buy a second package before the validity period of the package ends.

Do I need to renew my subscription to Economical SMS Packages every month?

For the postpaid invoices, the subscription will be renewed automatically unless the subscriber wishes to cancel it.

Will I be able to continue to use the package if I transfer my line or change my line?

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can type in ABONE IPTAL and name of the package (For example: ABONE IPTAL SMS 50) and send to 2222 for free and cancel your package subscription. Also you can cancel it by calling Turkcell Customer Services at 444 0 532 or at Online Services Center. The ended SMS 30 and SMS 250 packages can be cancelled only by SMS. To cancel the SMS 30 package, type in ABONE IPTAL SMS 30 and for the cancellation of SMS 250 package, type in ABONE IPTAL SMS 250 and send to 2222.

Will the subscription be cancelled as soon as I make a request for cancellation?

When you submit your request for cancellation, the subscription will be cancelled on the date of your invoice and no renewal will be done. After your cancellation request you will get this message: ‘We have received your SMS xxxx package cancellation request. You can use your remaining messages until XX/YY/ZZ. Turkcell” Your unused messages as of the date of the cancellation will not be carried over to the next month.

• The prices include VAT, and exclude OIV.
• The short messages inside the SMS 100 package can be used for messages sent to Turkcell, Hazır Kart, Muhabbet Kart and other operators, whereas the messages inside the SMS 50, SMS 200 and SMS 1000 packages can be used only for messages sent to Turkcell, Hazır Kart, Muhabbet Kart and cannot be used for messages sent to other operators.
• SMS 1000 package is valid until December 31, 2008. The subscribers with SMS 30 and SMS 250 packages can use their packages latest by December 31, 2008.
• The short messages in the packages cannot be used for international SMS and for SMS services like Horoscope, News and for messages sent from services like WebMesaj and AkıllıMesaj.
• If the messages in the package you bought run out, you can continue to send SMS for the standard price. The Economical SMS Package will be valid for 1 month after the date of its purchase.
• Messages not used during this time will not be carried over to the next month.
• When you buy the package, you will not make a payment immediately. The price of the package will be billed to you in the next invoice.
• Economical SMS Packages will be opened for use starting from the first invoice period after the date of your application. Your subscription to the packages will continue until you wish to cancel it. You will not need to renew your subscription every month.
• The messages in the packages can be used only personally and cannot be used or sold for commercial purposes.
• Turkcell reserves its right to amend the validity dates and/or prices of the Economical SMS Packages without prior notice.
