- New line prices are not charged under the DestekCell tariff.
- Every subscriber can take advantage of the DestekCell tariff only using one line of his/her.
You can switch to DestekCell tariff with your original identity card including the details about the disability, the disabled ID or hospital report showing the loss of 40% working power. The copies of these documents will be kept by Turkcell. The subscribers applying with the original copy of the one of the following documents, can take advantage of the DestekCell tariff:
- Only the identity card copies of the subscribers whose disability details are written on their identity cards and whose disability is more than 40%.
- Pensioners’ Fund card
- Disability card provided by a state hospital and which states the ratio of the disability
- The health report from a Committee of a state hospital with minimum 5 signatures
- The spouses of the deceased veterans, who have their title now
- Disabled card/report
