  • BizBize Kamu tariff is open to all active and retired public servants, three people of their choice, and corporate lines of the public organizations covered by the tariff.
  • Applications to BizBize Kamu tariff can be made until 31.12.2007. 
  • BizBize Kamu subscribers with postpaid lines and who switched to this tariff before May 2006, will continue to use BizBize Kamu with its current terms and conditions.
  • The tariff conditions for the prepaid line users have not changed. Postpaid line users who had switched to BizBize Kamu tariff beforehand, will continue to make calls based on their former tariffs.
  • Subscribers who currently use BizBize Kamu, gnçtrkcll subscribers and subscribers who use Seçmece İndirimler, have to cancel these subscriptions to take advantage of the BizBize Kamu tariff.  
  • Under the BizBize Kamu tariff, monthly unused rights will not be transferred over to the next month.
  • To find out if a number is registered under the BizBize Kamu, type in TARIFE, leave one space and type the number of the subscriber. Send to 2222 for free. (For example: TARIFE 53XXXXXXXX)
  • To inquire about your remaining free minutes, you can type in KAMU DURUM and send to 2022 for free. Free short messages are provided for short messages sent to  Turkcell.
  • For postpaid lines, call rates between BizBize Kamu subscribers, will be charged at 0,305YTL/min. 
  • Postpaid line owners who had subscribed to BizBize Kamu tariff before with 600 minutes, can continue to make calls with  the same terms and conditions. 
  • In the transactions carried out over Turkcell Communication Services, a service price recommended by Mobile Communication Systems and Devices Business Men Association (MOBISAD) is applied.  The transactions which don’t require ‘any document submission’, can be carried out over our internet page for free also through Turkcell Customer Services at 444 0 532 for one SMS message. 
  • The prices include 18% VAT, 25 % OIV.
  • You can inquire about the remaining free minutes by typing in KAMU DURUM and sending to 2020 by short message.
  • If you have  a postpaid line, your calls will be charged at every 6 minutes under the BizBize Kamu tariff.

If the employees apply for their own individual lines, they can make application with an official certificate showing that they currently work in another public organization or an identity card from the organization (if retired, with the Pensioner Fund card), with the nearest Turkcell Communication Services. The applicants also need to fill in the ‘BizBize Kamu Application Form’.

  • The book of authorized signature of the organization
  • Identity card of the authorized person and if the authorized person can’t make it, a power of attorney and the copy of the ID of the person that has been granted with power to act on behalf of the authorized person

Who are eligible to use the BizBize Kamu tariff?

  • 1. Corporate lines of the public organizations
  • 2. Individual lines of the employees of the public organizations
  • 3. 3 people that the subscribers will choose

Can retired public servants take advantage of the BizBize Kamu tariff?

Yes, retired public servants can also take advantage of the BizBize Kamu tariff.


Can prepaid lines take advantage of the BizBize Kamu as well?

Both prepaid and postpaid lines can take advantage of the BizBize Kamu tariff.


What is the usage order of the free minutes I earn?

Since our prepaid subscribers can use all the units they win in any way they want, there is no specific usage order for their units.

In postpaid lines, free minutes which are limited to a specific user or a time, are used first. In general, the usage categories are as follows:

  • Daily services (ie, birthday usages etc)
  • Usages assigned to a number of a specific time (ie, Birebir 300 package)
  • Intra-group services (ie, BizBize Kamu tariff)
  • Free minutes transferred over from the previous month and that can be used within Turkcell
  • Fixed priced packages that can be used for general usages (ie, Economical call packages, Dakika Bizden etc.)
  • Campaigns covered by cooperation with other organizations (like gas station campaigns etc). These (unless a specific condition exists) are prioritized within themselves, according to the order of being defined in the system.

In other words, if our customer is using BizBize Kamu tariff and at the same time is using DakikaBizden program; and also has won free minutes from a campaign with a gas station, these free minutes will be used as follows:

  • When he talks to other BizBize Kamu subscribers, he will use the free minutes he gained from  BizBize Kamu.
  • When he talks to other Turkcell subscribers that are not registered with BizBize Kamu, he will use free minutes that are not from the DakikaBizden program.
  • After the minutes from DakikaBizden are over, he will use the minutes won from the gas station campaign.
  • If the free minutes won under the gas station campaign are not finished in one invoice period and transferred over to the next invoice period, he will use the transferred minutes before the DakikaBizden minutes. BizBize Kamu minutes will again have the first usage priority.
  • When BizBize Kamu minutes are over, other free minutes are used in the calls made with other BizBize Kamu subscribers.
  • The priority of BizBize Kamu and Birebir300 package are the same.

 
* In all the tariffs, international tariffs are charged over Turkcell international call rates. 
* Turkcell reserves its right to change the rates.


Will the 3 people I invite to the tariff, also pay the monthly participation fee?

The 3 people you will invite to be a subscriber, will also subscribe to BizBize kamu subscriber like you are. If their lines are postpaid, by paying 12 YTL monthly participation fee, they will be entitled to talk 200 minutes with all BizBize Kamu subscribers and 200 free short messages every month until 31.03.2008.  If they have prepaid lines, they won’t pay the monthly participation fee.


After I apply to subscribe to the tariff, can I start using my 200 minutes and free 200 SMS right away?

No. You will be deemed to have switched to the BizBize Kamu tariff at the first invoice date. You can start using 200 minutes and 200 free SMSs after that.


Do BizBize Kamu advantages work abroad and for international calls as well?

BizBize Kamu advantages apply only to domestic calls, not international calls or calls made abroad. Such calls will be charged based on Turkcell’s international roaming rates. 


Why is BizBize Kamu tariff different from other similar tariffs/campaigns. Why should I switch to BizBize Kamu tariff?

  • In BizBize Kamu tariff, you can talk not only to same profession groups, but also with all the public servants for very reasonable prices.
  • Both prepaid and postpaid lines can take advantage of the BizBize Kamu tariff. 
  • The number of subscribers that the public servants can invite, is same for every public servant. Every public servant can invite 3 people.

I am a public servant, how can I invite 3 people to join the BizBize Kamu?

After you switch to BizBize Kamu tariff and when you go to  Turkcell Communication Services, you can indicate the 3 people you wish to invite or after you switch your tariff, you can call 444 0 532 and indicate these people.


How should the people I invite, apply? What documents will they need?

Turkcell subscribers invited to join the BizBize Kamu tariff, will receive short messages informing  about their invitation. After this message, invited subscribers can do the following within 7 days, without need for submitting any documents;

Corporate subscribers can submit their BizBize Kamu invitation approval when they arrive at the Turkcell Communication Centers with required documents.
Required documents:

  • Copy of the ID of the company’s authorized representative
  • The book of authorized signatories of the company
  • Company tax fiche, company activity certificate or company tax certificate

Can corporate lines also invite people?

Yes. Corporate lines can also invite people


I have a line from another operator? How can I switch to BizBize Kamu? When I buy a line to switch to BizBize Kamu, will I pay the initial taxes?

If you buy a new Turkcell corporate postpaid line by March 30, and subscribe to BizBize Kamu tariff, you can pay the Private Communication Tax of 24,15 YTL in 12 instalments. Plus, you will earn complimentary 45 minutes.

If you have line from another operator, after you close that line, you can go to a Turkcell dealer with a ‘Device non-used’ certificate and not pay new installation tax for the new prepaid or potspaid line.


I am a member of DakikaBizden. Will I be able to use the minutes I won when I switch to BizBize Kamu?

Yes.  First of all, you will use the advantages you gained through BizBize Kamu  and then the free minutes from DakikaBizden.


I subscribed to DakikaBizden, and I also subscribed to Indirimli Paket. When I switch to BizBize Kamu, will I be able to use the minutes I won? 

Yes. You will continue to have free/gift minutes you won through your  İndirimli Paket subscription and DakikaBizden. Depending on the susbcriber you call, you will use your minutes in the following order;

  • The period of BizBize Kamu tariff;
  • Free minutes you won through DakikaBizden
  • And İndirimli Paket period. When one of these minutes are over, you will use the other.  

Can people working under contract at public organizations also use BizBize Kamu?

Interns in an organization that meets the criteria of BizBize Kamu tariff and temporary-periodical staff  who has a service contract of less than one (1) year, will not be able to take advantage of the campaign. However, they can use it when they are invited.


How are the talks I make using my prepaid line with the subscribers of BizBize Kamu tariff, charged?

The charge for the talks you make with other BizBize Kamu subscribers is 1 unit/min. The unit returning system which was applied previously, is not applied anymore.


I am a subscriber of Konbara. When I switch to BizBize Kamu, will I be able to take advantage of the units I won? 

Yes. You will be able to use the gift units you won with Konbara.


When I cancel my BizBize Kamu tariff and switch to other tariff (for example BizBizecell), will the tariff change be valid right away?

The change of tariffs (for example BizBize) will be valid as of the date of the first invoice following your application.


I am using the Seçmece İndirimler. Can I also use the BizBize Kamu?

No. To be able to switch to BizBize Kamu tariff, the Seçmece İndirimler subscription must be ended.  


Can the members of BizBize Kampus take advantage of BizBize Kamu tariff?

No. The members of  BizBize Kampus cannot take advantage of BizBize Kamu tariff. In order to be able to subscribe to it, they need to cancel their previous subscription.


Can gnçtrkcll members take advantage of BizBize Kamu tariff?

No. "gnçtrkcll" members cannot take advantage of BizBize Kamu tariff. To be able to do so, they need to cancel their previous subscription.


When a subscriber has more than one line, can he/she take advantage of this tariff for each of his/her line?

Our individual customers cannot. They can make one of their lines the main subscriber; and invite the other lines registered in their name. Our corporate customers can be main subscribers to BizBize Kamu with their multiple lines. 


How can I find out if the subscriber I wish to speak is a subscriber of BizBize Kamu tariff?

Type in TARIFE, leave one space and add the number you wish to inquire about and then send to 2222 by SMS for free. (for example:TARIFE 53XXXXXXXX)


Do I have to own the line to subscribe to the tariff?

Yes. In order to be able to switch to BizBize Kamu tariff, you need to own the line.


Since I switched to BizBize Kamu tariff before April 30, I was able to use 600 free minutes for my talks with BizBize Kamu subscribers. Now will I have only 200 free minutes? 

The said tariff terms and conditions will apply to postpaid lines that switch to BizBize Kamu after 08.06.2006. Our subscribers who switched to the tariff before that date, will be able to use the tariff with former terms and conditions.


I had switched to BizBize Kamu before using my postpaid line, but are the new tariff conditions better for me? Can I take advantage of BizBize Kamu under these terms and conditions?

Yes, you can. But there are two things you need to know. Firstly, if you choose  200 minute intra-group talk, you won’t be able to get back to 600 minutes. Secondly, 200 free SMS to Turkcell numbers, will be valid until 30.06.2007.


I am a subscriber of Grup 1-2-3 Kampanyası/KahramanCell. What do I need to do to switch to BizBize Kamu?

It is sufficient for the subscribers under KahramanCell/Grup Campaigns to call the Call Center and request tariff change to switch to BizBize Kamu.


Can I join the BizBize Kamu tariff and choose the 600 minute intra-group call option?

No. Postpaid lines can join BizBize Kamu tariff with 200 minute intra-group call option. 600-minute intra-group call option applies only to former subscribers.


If I invite a "gnçtrkcll" member or an owner of Seçmece İndirim to BizBize Kamu tariff, what does he/she need to do?

Your invitation will be said to the people you choose by SMS. However, in order to be able to swicth to BizBize Kamu tariff, they must call 444 0 532 / 444 0 535 or go to the nearest Turkcell Communication Center and cancel their existing subscriptions.


Do BizBize Kamu advantages apply to calls made from/to Cyprus?

No, BizBize Kamu applies only to domestic calls.
