If you already have an Alo Packet, to get your free minutes, all you have to do is write ENUCUZ and send the free short message to 2747. If you wish, choose the packet that you want, write ABONE and the name of the Alo Packet you have chosen, and send the free short message to 7000 to get the packet.

Prices include KDV and ÖIV taxes. The price pre minute is calculated by dividing the price of the packet by the number of minutes. In other words, when you get the packet, the price per minute is easy to calculate.

If you already have an Alo Packet, to get your free minutes, all you have to do is write ENUCUZ and send the free short message to 2747.

To find out the number of minutes left in your packet, write PAKET DURUM and send the free short message to 7000 or visit the Online Services Centre. You will also be informed, weekly, by short message, of the number of minutes remaining in your packet.

The transfer to this service will become effective after your approval and will be confirmed by a short message. The Alo Packet price will become effective on the first day of your next statement period.

• The Alo packet is only for customers with postpaid lines and is obtained together with the BizBize Hepimiz service packet. When the minutes in the packet have been exhausted, calls to Turkcell customers and land lines in Turkey will be billed at the rate of 39 YKr/min, and calls to other operators will be billed at 60 YKr/min.
• The minutes in the packet can be used to make calls to all Turkcell numbers and land lines (residence/business) in Turkey.
• With this packet, charges for calls within the country will be calculated every 6 seconds.
• The price for each minute of a call is calculated by dividing the price of the packet by the total number of minutes in the packet, including free minutes. All subscribers to this service are given an additional number of minutes equal to the amount of minutes in the packet purchased. The free minutes are valid until Decmber 31. 2008. If there are any remaining minutes at that time, they will be carried over, one time only, to the following month.
• Customers can subscribe to only one Alo Packet at a time and the free minutes become usable on the first day of the next billing period after application is made. This information is made known when application is made. When the free minutes applied for are eligible for use, you will be informed by short message. Free minutes remaining for packets that are cancelled are deleted from the invoice. If a packet is cancelled and another is purchased immediately, the remaining minutes from the old packet are carried over to the following month’s invoice.
• To cancel the service, write IPTAL and the name of the packet and send the free short message to 7000. (Example: IPTAL ALO60)
• When transferring to the BizBize Hepimiz service the remaining minutes in the old subscription are deleted.
• Calls to customer service numbers beginning with the numbers 444 or other service numbers are not included in the Alo Packet.
