This promotion covers all individual and corporate İşTcell subscribers with prepaid and postpaid lines.  If you are still not an IsTcell subscriber, you  can type in IS KAYIT and send to 2115 by SMS to be one.

Subscribers with İşTcell postpaid lines, will not be able to take advantage of this promotion if their lines are not activated for international roaming.
