If you are still not an İşTcell subscriber, simply type in IS KAYIT, send to 2222 and that’s it. You can obtain the Shell Club Smart Card which is another requirement for the promotion from Shell gas stations.

- The monthly total upper limit for the Plus Scores that İşTcell subscribers can earn through the promotion is 200 YTL. For any fuel oil purchases exceeding 200 YTL, Shell Club program Smart coefficients will be taken into account.
- This promotion covers the associated Shell gas stations that participate in the promotion.
- Plus Scores that the İşTcell subscribers earn through the promotion, can be used only 48 hours after the transactions in Shell gas stations are transferred to the system.
- Each İşTcell subscriber can earn maximum 10 YTL worth of fuel oil (including VAT) or 100 units / 25 minutes worth of Turkcell call time, and 750 plus scores to be used in Club Smart gift catalogue. It is not obligatory to use all the scores for a single gift.
- The plus scores earned by İşTcell subscribers can be used by December 31, 2008.
- Shell Club Smart Card rules apply for the use of the scores earned through the campaign.
- One GSM line will be matched with one Smart Card Club Card and the same line and associated card will be able to take advantage of the promotion.

İşTcell Shell Club Smart Card Promotion enables İşTcell subscribers to earn much more Plus scores for their purchases of fuel oil and auto gas from participating Shell gas stations between December 10, 2007 and February 20, 2008. Plus score is a special score that can be earned through the campaign and used for fuel oil and unit/minute orders.
With the plus scores earned under this program, participants can earn 5% gift fuel oil, Turkcell units and minutes or gifts on the Club Smart catalogue.
What are the validity dates of İşTcell Shell promotion?
The campaign is valid between December 10, 2007 and February 10, 2008.
Is there a fee for participating in the promotion?
Participation is free of charge.
Who are eligible to participate in İşTcell Shell promotion?
All corporate and individual İşTcell subscribers with Shell Club Smart Card can take advantage of the promotion. To be an İşTcell subscriber, you just need to type in IS KAYITand send to 2222. If you don’t have a Club Smart Card, you can fill in the necessary form at Shell gas stations and get your card right away.
Is it possible to take advantage of the campaign as soon as I sign up for İşTcell?
After your membership for İşTcell is approved, if you have a Shell Club Smart Card, you need to sign up for the campaign. For this, simply send the 17-digit number of your Shell Club Smart Card to 2313 by SMS and start winning Plus scores.
Is it possible to take advantage of the promotion once I get my Shell Club Smart Card?
After you fill in a form at Shell gas stations and obtain your card, you will be ready to earn scores.
For ordering gifts , the application data for Club Smart Card must have reached Shell system. This period is maximum 3 weeks
How to participate in İşTcell Shell Club Smart promotion?
After sending your 17-digit Shell Club Smart Card password to 2313 and signing up for the promotion, you must give your card to the relevant officer while buying fuel oil. This way, Plus scores corresponding to the amount of fuel oil you bought, will be loaded on your card.
How to use the plus scores earned under Shell promotion?
The scores earned under the promotion can be used as;
- 5% gift fuel oil
- Free units/minutes,
- For the gifts on Shell Smart Club catalogue.
When can I use scores I earn under the promotion?
Plus scores earned by İşTcell subscribers under the promotion, can be used 48 hours after the transactions are transferred to the system.
How can I learn about the scores I earn under the promotion?
You can find out about the scores you earned, through Club Smart Card Pos terminals, from Shell Customer Services at 444 20 20.
Is there a limit to take advantage of the promotion?
There is no lower limit to take advantage of the promotion. The upper limit to earn Plus Scores is 200 YTL a month. For fuel oil and auto gas purchases exceeding 200 Ytl, the existing Shell Club program coefficients will be valid. Fuel oil discount will be available for only with the Plus scores earned under the promotion.
Within one month, maximum 10 YTL worth of gift fuel oil or 100 units / 25 minutes of Turkcell call duration or catalogue gifts corresponding to 750 Plus scores, can be earned.
You don’t have to use all your Plus scores for only one gift.
Does the promotion cover all Shell gas stations?
Our promotion covers all the Shell gas stations that participate in the promotion.
What is the latest date to use the scores earned under the promotion?
Shell Plus scores earned under Shell promotion can be used until December 31, 2008.
Does fuel oil discount cover auto gas varieties as well?
The promotion covers all fuel oil and Shell Autogas purchases.
Can the smart scores earned outside İşTcell promotion, be used under this promotion?
Smart scores earned before or outside the scope of the promotion, can be used only for the catalogue gifts unless otherwise is announced. They can’t be used for free fuel oil and Turkcell unit/minutes under İşTcell Shell promotion.
How will the free units/minutes earned under the promotion be loaded on to my line and will I get a notification when they are loaded?
When units/minutes are selected in exchange of the scores earned under the promotion, the unit/minute request will be entered to the Smart Pos devices at Shell gas stations. The line on which units/minutes will be loaded can only be the GSM line that signed up for the campaign. After the request arrives at the system, a notification message will be sent to the customer specifying that the request has been received. A notification message will be sent in 48 hours when the units are loaded.
When will the earned units/minutes be loaded and what is the latest date they can be used?
Gift minute requests for Turkcell postpaid lines will be reflected to the following invoice of the relevant line and the loaded minutes can be used only for intra-Turkcell calls. Free gifts must be used within maximum 3 (three) invoice periods after the loading is done.
Hazır Kart / Muhabbet Kart gift units will be loaded within 48 hours after the request is sent to the system.
If the used GSM line is changed, is there anything that needs to be done to continue taking advantage of the campaign?
If the GSM line is changed, the new GSM line must be also registered for İşTcell use. Then the owner of the line must get the 17-digit Shell Club Smart Card record deleted through Customer services and register with new GSM number and sign up for the promotion by sending an SMS too 2313.
Can everyone take advantage of the promotion?
Vehicle tracking system customers and people younger than 18 cannot participate in the promotion.
What do I need to do to cancel my subscription with the promotion?
Just type in SHELL IPTAL and send to 2313.
