• In GPRS-based service usages abroad (SMS, MMS etc), domestic service price is included in the GPRS service price. While abroad, unlike when you are in Turkey, you will also be charged for the KB you used to download the MMS you receive. This is resulted from the applications of the operators that provide service abroad.

Turkcell with contracts signed with 593 operators in 201 countries, enable you to make calls in the highest number of countries. The coverage abroad can vary depending on the local and geographical coverage of the operator.

The points you need to take into account with respect to charges applied to calls when you make abroad:

• Since it takes time for the foreign operators to send Turkcell the relevant usage details, the relevant charges may be reflected on your invoice a little later than usual.
• When you are abroad, you can pay your unpaid invoices by calling Turkcell Customer Services at 444 0 532, by using your Visa or MasterCard credit cards.
• By calling Turkcell Customer Services, tell the customer agent the invoice you want to make payment for, your credit card number, and the expiry date and dial the CVC2
• You can also pay your invoices over Turkcell Online Services Center by using your credit card.
