When you are making an international call from Turkey, you must enter the following information in the following order;

• The international exit code of the country the caller is situated
• The country code of the country being called
• The code of the network being called
• The number

For example, while calling D2 network in Germany, the following must be dialed: 00 49 172 xxx xx xx

If the person being called is a Turkcell subscriber, the dialing of the GSM number only, will suffice.

For the calls made to other countries when abroad, ‘the international exit code of the country the caller is situated- the country code of the country being called- the code of network being called- the number’ must be dialed.

When the caller is calling a subscriber of the operator situated in the country he/she is in, the dialing of the GSM number only, will suffice. You can send a message to a GSM number in Turkey and abroad by typing in “(+), the country code of the country the message will be sent , network code, number”. When you send an SMS from Turkey to a GSM number abroad, the charge will be 0,255YTL(including VAT, excluding ÖİV).
