Calling Abroad

If you haven't chosen to do so when you first subscribed, you have to activate your line to make international calls. Hazır Kart lines are already sold with international call capabilities.

Individual

  • Online Services Center After you log in with your SuperPassword, or by using your Mobile Signature, you can activate your line to make international calls.

  • Through Turkcell Customer Services at 444 0 532:
    By calling Turkcell Customer Services at 444 0 532, you can activate your line to make international calls.

  • Through Turkcell Subscriber Center and Turkcell Extras.
    You can go to a Turkcell Subscriber Center or Turkcell Communication Center and activate your line to make international calls. Please click here for the list of Tukcell Subscriber Centers.


Corporate

  • Through the Corporate Online Services Center
    After you log in with your password to Online Services Center, you can activate the corporate lines to make international calls.

  • Through Turkcell Customer Services at 444 0 532:
    If you are the authorized representative to use the Özel Şifre, you can call Turkcell Customer Services at 444 0 532 and using the Özel Şifre and Parola, you can activate the corporate lines to make international calls.

  • The company official or a person who is authorized by the official through a power of attorney, can visit a Turkcell Subscriber Centers or Turkcell Communication Centers and activate the corporate lines to make international calls. Please click here for the list of Turkcell Subscriber Centers

If a Turkcell subscriber in Turkey

Calls a Turkcell subscriber that is abroad;
The person calling abroad is charged according to the domestic rates of Turkey. However, the person being called is charged according to the international tariff of Turkcell.

Calls a GSM subscriber of a foreign network;
Charged according to Turkcell's international tariff.

Calls a landline of a foreign network;
Charged according to Turkcell's international tariff.

When you are making an international call from Turkey, you must enter the following information in the following order;

  • The international exit code of the country the caller is situated
  • The country code of the country being called
  • The code of the network being called
  • The number

For example, while calling D2 network in Germany, the following must be dialed: 00 49 172 xxx xx xx

If the person being called is a Turkcell subscriber, the dialing of the GSM number only will suffice.

For the calls made to other countries when abroad, ‘the international exit code of the country the caller is situated- the country code of the country being called- the code of network being called- the number' must be dialed.

When the caller is calling a subscriber of the operator situated in the country he/she is in, the dialing of the GSM number only will suffice.
