With your SuperPassword, you can access all of the services on the Online Services Center, the Interactive Voice Response System, Digiturk Channel 532 and the WAP Services Center using a single password.

Type in PASSWORD and send it to 2222 via SMS to receive your SuperPassword.

Important points concerning your SuperPassword

In order to minimize the possible risks that may arise from using SuperPassword, please take note of the following points:

• Turkcell will never ask or request your SuperPassword, either verbally or in writing, via email, SMS or over the phone. Therefore, we advise you never to tell your SuperPassword to any inquirer.
• Never reply any email, even if it appears to have sent by Turkcell, which asks you to send your password or any personal information.
• Be sure that any page you reach via links provided in an email is indeed the page you want. When you click on these links, even though you may think that you have reached the address on the link, you may actually be directed to a fake page. It is safer to enter the Turkcell website by entering its address in the address field of your web browser.
• With your SuperPassword, you can carry out transactions related to your line through the applications at the Turkcell website (http://www.turkcell.com.tr/) (My Personal Page, WebMesajCell, GrupCell, MaxiDesign, SimKumanda, WAP Settings), from the Online Services Center, the WAP Services Center, our Kiosks, Digiturk Channel 532, or the MaxiMesaj Site (mms.turkcell.com.tr), as well as at Turkcell's Automated Voice Response System at 444 0 532. To prevent your SuperPassword from being stolen, please do not use your password anywhere other than those listed above.
• Your SuperPassword expires after 150 days, and users are automatically directed to change their password. When choosing a password, we advise you to avoid easily-guessed numbers such as your birthdate, license plate number, or other personal dates; be sure to change your password regularly.
• Do not share your SuperPassword with anyone, and do not write it down anywhere.
• Turkcell shall not be held responsible for damages incurred as a result of loss or theft of a SuperPassword.
